Love/Hate is the portfolio of Art Director and Filmmaker
Ben Olson.

Ben recieved his M.F.A. in Film from Columbia College Chicago
in 2009 and relocated to Brooklyn in 2010.

A veteran Art Director, Ben has worked with many of Chicago’s
Top Interactive Ad Agencies on notable clients such as; K Mart,
Alberto Culver, Harley Davidson, SC Johnson, General Motors,
Toyota Scion, Hallmark, U.S. Army, Ralston Purina and more.

Nominated as one of MTVU’s Top 25 Filmmakers on Campus
in 2007 and 2008, Ben’s short films have screened at film
festivals throughout the country.

His filmmaking clients include, Vice Magazine, MTV, Rand McNally,
Busy Beaver Button Company and Chicago Humanities Festival.

Ben is an avid writer, reader, traveler and vintage t-shirt collector.
His favorite color is brown and he enjoys running, snorkeling
and nature.
